Casper Killens
I’m passionate about helping people build an authentic life aligned with their values, not just their obligations.
For a long time, I made decisions based on fear and followed a version of life I thought I should be living. I hadn’t defined what mattered most to me, so I couldn’t build around it. Choosing to change wasn’t easy, and it didn’t fix everything overnight, but It started a process that allowed me to reconnect with what matters.
Today, my life and work align with my values—and continue to grow because of it. That’s the kind of support I offer my clients: honest reflection, values clarity, and forward movement.
My Story
I spent 20 years in the U.S. Army, serving in intelligence and leadership roles across diverse environments. After retiring, I continued working as a Department of the Army civilian and defense contractor, training and mentoring service members at all levels.
Along the way, I earned a Master’s in Adult Education and Training, deepening my ability to support adult learners. Whether I’m facilitating a workshop or coaching one-on-one, I approach learning as a co-created process of growth.
From 2020 to 2023, I served as a Guide with the Boulder Crest Foundation, leading Post-Traumatic Growth programs for Veterans and First Responders. Through it all, I’ve coached over 360 individuals—helping them gain clarity, shift perspective, and act with purpose.

Curious. Collaborative.
Grounded in real life.
My coaching style is direct but compassionate. I’m not here to fix you or hand you a checklist, but to walk alongside you as you think clearly, act with intention, and create a life that reflects who you are.
I coach with curiosity and empathy. That means:
Every session is shaped by your goals, your pace, and your lived experience.
Let’s start a conversation.
If any part of this resonates, let’s talk.
Our first conversation is free, no-pressure, and focused entirely on you.
